ReturN POLICY AND WARRANTY
Golden Soul Golf stands behind the quality of everything we manufacture, and it is our goal to ensure that all our finished products exceed your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), we accept returns and/or exchanges of unused items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date under the following conditions & procedures:
• Return requests must be accompanied by proof of purchase
• Items must be new, unused, and in the original condition in which you received them from Golden Soul Golf
• Refunds and/or exchanges will be processed and issued only after our team receives and inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our eligible criteria
• Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return or exchange request after we receive your items
• If you return an item that was purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the applicable discounted price, not the full retail price
• Items that are damaged returns and/or sent back without prior authorization are not accepted and will be returned to the sender
• Items returned more than 30 days after the original purchase date will not be accepted
Returns
• Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Golden Soul Golf
• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less shipping & handling
• A 10% restocking fee for headcovers & accessories and 20% restocking fee for all bags will apply to all orders
• If for some reason a refund is not possible using the original form of payment, a gift card with store credit will be issued
• Refunds may take up to 7 - 10 business days for the amount to be returned to your bank account
Exchanges
• Customer is responsible for costs associated with shipping original item(s) back to Golden Soul Golf. Golden Soul Golf will pay for shipping costs for the exchanged item(s), U.S. addresses only
• International addresses – due to various fees and duties requirements, customers outside of the U.S. will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs (including duties/fees) for any and all exchanges
• Once the item is received, examined, and approved for an exchange, your new item will be sent to the address on file
• We do not issue partial refunds or charges. For exchanges of items that are not equal/lesser value we will process a return for the original item and customer will be responsible for placing a new order for the item they would like in exchange
• Please note – due to the limited & ever-changing nature of our inventory we cannot always guarantee exchanges, however Golden Soul Golf will make every best effort to accommodate requests
Items Not Eligible for Returns
Custom-made items, personalized products, or items made to specific requests are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Warranty
All our products carry a one-year warranty on manufacturer defects only. Quality issues outside of one year will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. If there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us directly so we can gain the necessary information to determine cause and advise the appropriate course of action.
